Our Experience
Richard and Remona Antoine own and operate Equilibrium Ministries, LLC, a place where people of faith can find resources for all aspects of life. Equilirbium Ministries is a ministry of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and is a practice of religion.
Remona has an M.A. in Pastoral Counseling from Regent University and offers biblical counseling for Christians who seek to honor the LORD with their lives. Remona is not licensed or certified as a psychotherapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, mental health professional, marriage and family therapist, or social worker, and is not acting in such capacities. She is the author of Equilibrium: A Biblical Guide for the Weary to Find Rest.
Richard is a certified leadership coach with over 10 years experience helping individuals achieve their goals. Both serve as leaders in the local church, where they regularly disciple singles and couples. Richard and Remona are teachers and encouragers. They were raised in Christian homes and rely on their faith to help them be better spouses, parents, managers, employees, friends, and community servants. They love God and love to serve people.
We Believe
We believe that "All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness." (2 Timothy 3:16) The Bible is our source for how we live and how we encourage others. We help all people everywhere to find the fount of joy and peace that only God provides.
Our Clients
We offer workshops, seminars, biblical counseling, coaching and keynotes at leadership and business events, churches and other non-profit organizations, schools, and community centers. Our training and seminars are for leaders at every level; couples (dating, engaged, or married); and singles. We are here to help you find your purpose in the workplace and in your personal life.
We have experienced broken marriages, loss of loved ones, and have overcome challenges in the workplace. We use these growth experiences to help others. We have seen leaders go from good to great, marriages restored, and people healed from deep emotional wounds. We have seen young people turn from selfishness to pursuing God and serving others. It's a privilege and an honor to help you.
